2020 has been a turbulent year – hospitality and gaming were one of the hardest-hit industries with the shutdowns and travel restrictions. Despite this, there were still a few highs for us.

We were fortunate that our partners continued to place their trust in us over the year and we charged on with minimal disruption. This meant that we were able to deliver our award-winning product and support to our partners when they needed us the most.

We created the hugely popular Bouncing Back from COVID-19 webinar series which provided low-cost, high-return strategies to optimize operations along with free resources for the industry. In the same vein, our team continued to deliver thought-provoking articles, vlogs and infographics. Collectively, we had a record-breaking 86,000+ views of our resources!

Our R&D team kept their end of the promise – delivering three new feature-packed product releases, and a brand-new product line, which will be announced this year.

So, what does 2021 have in store? It’s anyone’s guess – but one thing is for sure, it will be better than the last.
